Refunds

If the delivered PDF report finds no actionable savings opportunity on the workload you provided — meaning we cannot recommend a configuration change that improves the cost–quality tradeoff without clear quality loss — you may request a full refund within 14 days of report delivery.

How to request

Email wangqiyuanbistu@gmail.com from the email on your order, include your order link, and state that you are requesting a no-savings refund. Refunds are processed through Creem; your order page will show refunded after confirmation.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime via the Creem Customer Portal link on your order page. Cancellation stops future renewals; past fulfilled report SKUs follow the no-savings refund rule above when applicable.

Not refundable

Change of mind after a report that does include actionable findings; refusal to provide a minimal evaluable workload after purchase; chargebacks without first contacting wangqiyuanbistu@gmail.com.
